Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through hello@makeyoursec.com, and we will guide you through the process. We are a small business that values sustainability and reducing waste. Therefore, we encourage you to make thoughtful decisions before purchasing. Reach out to us if you have any doubts or questions about the product and sizing and we'll be happy to assist. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a claim or a fault of ours. Contact our customer service before returning faulty or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original, unworn and undamaged condition and in its original packaging. All orders bought during a sales period are final.Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm the return and process the refund within fifteen business days. We at SEC reserve the right to refuse returned items at any time.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. SEC cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, please wrap your return safely. We always advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

We appreciate your understanding and hope that you have a positive experience with our jewelry. Be aware that during our sales period and in the following two weeks there might be a longer expedition time for returns due to larger amounts received. 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like another size or color please return the items and place a new order. 

Shipping 

Currently, we provide standard shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Shipping costs for NL: €5,50. Delivery times are 1-3 business days.  Free shipping on all orders above €70. 

If you have any questions or requests regarding shipping outside these countries please send an email to hello@makeyoursec.com.

If your package is not claimed and is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of €50. You'll also be responsible for all costs associated with returning the package, including freight charges, taxes, levies, and additional fees.
